With over 15 years working across military, charity, and corporate sectors, I bring a unique perspective:

• Military service: I commissioned from Sandhurst, led troops in Afghanistan and later worked at the Centre for Army Leadership.
• Qualified teacher and coach. I understand how people learn and how behaviour, if supported, may develop for the better. 
• Social impact: Led training development for the Army Cadet Force, the UK’s largest youth charity.
• Global reach: Delivered high-impact leadership programmes across the UK, US, and Europe.
