About Me

I've spent my career exploring two central questions: how do people really experience their lives, both at home and at work? How can things be made better?

I work at the intersection of leadership, culture and human behaviour. With a background in leadership development, cultural assessment, positive psychology, coaching and social research, I help individuals and organisations better understand how people think, feel and act in order to bring about positive change.

I bring not just professional expertise, but real-world perspectives in all that I do. My work is shaped and inspired by my own experience of change: from navigating unplanned career shifts, to relocating internationally and starting from scratch. I know how complex and challenging these experiences can be and believe that, with the right support, life may become richer than it ever was.

I am a very active member of the Army Reserve and am self-employed.
